Macquarie’s Platform Engagement team within the Wealth Division of our Banking and Financial Services Group is responsible for all communications to our Wrap clients and advisers about regulatory requirements, remediations, product and process changes, while building ongoing trust and loyalty with our brand.

What role will you play?

As an Associate Manager, you’ll be responsible for drafting or editing compliance-led correspondence, product updates, change management communications, website content, Help Centre articles for financial advisers, non-advised and advised clients, as well as internal FAQs to support business readiness.

You’ll coordinate stakeholder review and manage the internal approvals, ensuring communications comply with legal, risk and other internal and external regulations and policies (including the relevant legal signoffs, DAS audit trail, spam legislation, etc). In addition, you’ll oversee the extraction of data for communications, running them through the internal data tool to ensure production-readiness and performing a final quality check on the data output and copy.

What you offer

  • 5 years’ experience in product communications within financial services, including a solid understanding of the wealth management regulatory and legislative landscape
  • Passion for writing and editing, with an ability to translate complex content into simple language whilst retaining brand and tone
  • Solid version control management, record keeping skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience overseeing the production of emails and letters to tight deadlines
  • Desire to look for ways to work smarter, improve the customer experience, reduce cost and minimise risk
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
