Join our Commodities and Global Markets Technology team, which manages and enhances services and applications for the Specialised and Asset Finance department. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.

What role will you play?

You will be involved in user and support management by addressing business user requests, resolving support issues, and monitoring batch job processing. You will investigate and resolve incidents and technical issues across infrastructure, applications and integrations.

 

You will also support release management activities, manage changes to applications and end-to-end services, monitor and maintain production systems and services to ensure high availability and performance, and maintain systems’ operational documentation and knowledge management.

What you offer

• 0-3 years of experience from the IT industry in either operations or development, working as part of a team across multiple countries, cultures and time-zones
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile software development processes is an advantage
• Experience with SQL, cloud services (e.g., AWS, OCI) and DevOps practices is an advantage
• Experience maintaining and supporting banking / financial systems is an advantage
• Flexibility to work outside of office hours when required to support on critical alerts and production issues.
