What role will you play?

In this role, you will oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of team-owned products and platforms. You will manage the hiring, retention, and development of an engineering team, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture. Additionally, you will tackle various technical problems, mentor and lead a team of 5 to 15 Software Engineers.

What you offer

• Experience managing multiple software engineering teams with a strong technical background (full stack);
• Proven success in delivering complex engineering initiatives as part of a team;
• Excellent communication skills with key business stakeholders;
• Experience in building and maintaining products in an Agile environment; and
• Solid understanding of scalable, maintainable, and performant applications with a computer science education or equivalent experience.
