What role will you play?

You will manage and support events of all sizes, whether in-person, hybrid, or online, using platforms like Cvent and Zoom Webinar. You will shape your own projects and collaborate and support senior team members on projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for venue research, proposal pitching, contract negotiation, invoice processing, pre-event planning, budget management, transportation coordination, and post-event reporting.

Salary range for this position: $85,000-105,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Highly organized with excellent time and project management skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and manage a busy workload, conflicting priorities, and deadlines effectively
  • Flexibility to work after hours and some weekends for events and travel within the US if needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to go beyond the usual job description
  • 2-3 years previous experience in a similar event marketing or equivalent/comparative role, finance or similar corporate experience is a bonus
  • Prior experience using Cvent or similar event management platform will be an advantage.
