Join our Compliance Governance and Frameworks team who work across all Macquarie Operating and Central Service Groups and play a key role on compliance reporting for Senior Management, implementing and maintaining the compliance data dashboard, governance of compliance policies and standards, monitoring activities and supporting group wide compliance initiatives.

This is a 12 month contract position.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager, you will oversee and lead a team responsible for driving robust governance and monitoring of compliance processes, including regulatory management, incident management, compliance documentation and compliance monitoring.

You will lead the review and update of Group-wide policies to ensure they are current and effective and provide oversight for ANZ and Asia licensing requirements, including managing ANZ Continuing Professional Development (CPD) administration.

In addition, you will deliver comprehensive reporting for the Compliance Leadership Team, generate actionable insights to support compliance activities and the implementation of data initiatives.

  • Prior Compliance/Risk Management experience, ideally gained working in financial services or a financial services regulator.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to influence decision making processes and strong problem solving skills.
  • Leadership skills, guiding, motivating and coaching junior members of the team
  • Ability to interpret data and inform compliance strategies.
