Join our HR Technology team, which is responsible for supporting the PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS application, and  be part of an engineering team located across Manila and Sydney.

What role will you play?

As a PeopleSoft Developer, you will be responsible for reviewing current manual processes in HR Operations and providing solutions for process automation. You will provide system administration and technical expertise and build custom solutions in response to business requirements and functional specifications. You will also be conducting and coordinating Unit and System Integration Testing and delivering solutions in a DevOps, Agile delivery team.

What you offer

• 5+ years’ experience in technical analysis, design and build, using People Tools 8.5+ (HRIS or PeopleSoft Financials)
• Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS v9.1/v9.2 and Global Payroll including Fluid configurations
• Experience in PeopleSoft system administration including security setup and department configurations
• Proven experience using Application Designer, PeopleCode, Workflow, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layouts, SQR, Query, Application Messaging, Application Packaging, Change Assistant and XML Publisher
• Experience in Integration Broker, Component Interface and AWS will be an advantage.
