What role will you play?

In this role, you will prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses for Macquarie Group subsidiaries. You will manage monthly and quarterly deliverables, handle reports and queries from stakeholders, and support funding, impairment reviews, and capital management. Additionally, you will coordinate with business teams and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting, while continuously seeking process improvements.

What you offer

• To be successful in this role, you’ll have a postgraduate accounting qualification (CA or CPA), with 6-8 years of relevant post qualification experience with a strong background in financial accounting and reporting services.
• Proven experience in consolidation, financial statement preparation & IFRS exposure is preferred.
• Ability to work and build relationships with various stakeholders from different regions regardless of in-person or remote.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly collaborative, self-starter and problem solver.
