Join Macquarie’s Commodities and Global Markets Group in their Futures Sales Clearing team as a Sales Support Manager within Australian Futures Broking business. Our team provides operational support to the Futures Broking and Clearing Sales team including client onboarding, daily risk management, management reporting and general sales support for the Futures Broking and Clearing business in our ANZ region.

What role will you play?

This role is critical to the smooth execution of the sales support process, with key responsibilities including oversight of our client onboarding (KYC) refresh program and ongoing client management process, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. You will be responsible for regular management reporting and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and any issues, credit limits requests, opening new accounts, engaging with clients and legal teams, and initiating cases in the CRM platform. You will partner with our Futures Sales and Broking teams to support all facets of the sales process including annual credit reviews and risk management processes and customer support, while maintaining customer data and documents in the customer database. You will work in conjunction with other teams including Client Lifecycle Management, Clearing operations, Execution Team, and Financial Crime Risk departments to ensure cohesive and compliant operations.   

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales operations or similar position within a banking or financial services environment.
  • High attention to detail and sound organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Inquisitive mind, comfortable challenging processes with customer experience at the centre
