What role will you play?

You will play a crucial role in supporting the Macquarie AI Platform to ensure the platform remains stable, patched, incidents are managed and support to the consumers is provided in a timely manner. You will be providing technical expertise and guidance on the use of AI technologies and supporting the Macquarie AI Platforms including tasks such as providing training and support to users, managing the platform operational environments as well as monitoring and evaluating platform effectiveness.

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, AI or related field
  • Experience in technical testing and monitoring of AI or cloud technologies
  • Proficiency in data management analysis and operational support activities
  • Familiarity with AI and cloud technology, integration and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in incident management and IT service management frameworks.
