Join our Global Risk Training Team based in Sydney, who plays a key role in driving Macquarie-wide mandatory risk training requirements.

What role will you play?

You will work in close collaboration with regional counterparts and subject matter experts across the business to deliver training initiatives as part of the Global Risk Training Program.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks within the training management lifecycle, including stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and data analysis.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider People & Engagement team, including the communications team, to collaborate on boarder team initiatives.

What you offer

• Experience in assisting with the design and delivery of risk and compliance training, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
• Proven capability in maintaining and executing a training plan, developing training materials and the ability to analyse feedback and data for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with designing eLearning modules and using design tools such as Articulate.
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels.
• Project management skills is beneficial.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
