What role will you play?

As an Investment Manager, you will be working with a range of internal and external partners, and be involved in a range of investment related activities, including asset acquisitions and divestments, refinancings and direct asset management activities.

You will be responsible for investment transaction processes, including identifying and screening new opportunities, leading key diligence workstreams, understanding and building financial models, engaging with key stakeholders as well as fostering the growth of junior members of the investment team. You will also work directly with portfolio company management to oversee company performance, formulate and execute business plans and manage other portfolio company strategic initiatives.

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ of experience as a finance specialist from investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure funds management
  • Tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, economics or a related discipline with strong academic results
  • Familiarity with the infrastructure or infrastructure-adjacent sectors
  • Demonstrated track record and experience on infrastructure or infrastructure adjacent sector acquisitions and divestments
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast-paced and exciting work environment
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, and Excel skills, or demonstrated aptitude in mathematics, and core presentation skills and capability in using PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
