Join our Cyber Security Technology team where you will be working with teams who provide a safe and responsive environment within Macquarie, as well as prepare for, protect against and respond to cyber threats.

What role will you play?

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Cyber Platforms Product teams such as Cryptography, Data Engineering, and Service Reliability Engineering. You will also collaborate with the aligned Project Delivery teams to facilitate effective delivery across the broader team. Your focus will be on facilitating agile events, providing effective management of blockers, tracking and monitoring the progress of critical initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and promoting a continuous improvement mindset. You will operate in a hybrid project environment and utilize a broad range of tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project, to support your day-to-day activities and enhance visibility and reporting.

What you offer

• 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or Agile Team Facilitator within the financial services industry.
• Experience in project governance and reporting, with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in working with a broad range of stakeholders including Product Owners, Developers, Engineers, and internal project sponsors.
• Good interpersonal skills, facilitation, communication, and ability to connect with team members.
• Knowledge of different project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban.
