As part of the Macquarie Resourcing Team (via HudsonRPO), our Technology Talent Sourcing Team Lead plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for Macquarie's technology portfolio. Working closely with our Recruitment Team, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers, we develop innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines, focusing on senior and director-level hiring.

What role will you play?

As a Talent Sourcing Team Lead, you will lead and support director-level search work and senior hiring initiatives within the technology sector. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top-tier senior talent, providing talent intelligence by analyzing and presenting insights on market trends, competitor hiring practices, regional changes, and talent movement. You will engage with senior candidates, conducting in-depth assessments and presenting opportunities in a compelling manner, while managing and supporting a team of sourcing specialists both locally and offshore.

What you offer

  • 5 years’ of experience in sourcing and recruiting for senior and director-level roles within the technology sector.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Confidence in partnering with senior leaders, providing market intelligence, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, headhunting, and building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Experience in managing and supporting a team of sourcing specialists, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a focus on quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for research and proactive sourcing within the technology space.
