Our Macquarie Capital Equities team combines sales and research to provide tailored financial solutions.

This is a 12 month max term contract.

What role will you play?

As a Desk Assistant you will provide a variety of support including diary management, event coordination, marketing administration, travel, expense reconciliation, invoice payments, meeting arrangements and any other general administrative duties as required. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Sydney Equities office.

You will build a rapport with clients and internal stakeholders and assist with the overall smooth running of the office.

What you offer

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • High level of attention to detail as well as a strong client service orientation
  • Intermediate/advanced skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in concur/zoom
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident and outgoing nature
