As a member of the Stress Testing team, you will play a key role in providing valuable balance sheet and risk insights across a range of enterprise-wide stress testing projects.

What role will you play?

You will collaborate with stress testing leads across the Group and senior management to establish and refine the stress testing strategy, enhance the existing framework, and drive necessary transformation to deliver high-quality results that meet regulatory requirements and support commercial, capital, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in methodology, execution, and the formulation of assumptions and overlays for scenario analysis and stress testing deliverables, including regulatory and internal stress tests, climate scenario analysis, recovery and resolution planning, and reverse stress testing. 

Additionally, you will facilitate strategic discussions to evolve the stress testing framework in line with industry best practices, maintain effective controls to assess and manage process risks within Group Treasury Stress Testing. You will also support scenario design and expansion by reviewing the scenario assumption register and macroeconomic variables to ensure consistency and coherence.

What you offer

  • 8+ years’ experience in stress scenario design and analysis, or a similar aggregate risk or balance sheet management role; with strong understanding of stress testing process and their role in the management of the bank and in regulatory relationships
  • Good understanding of the bank's capital and liquidity management processes
  • Proven ability to develop and use quantitative analysis to generate results
  • Experience in integrating process in a Financial Planning and Analysis and Stress Testing context is valuable
  • Knowledge in Capital Market, Asset Management, Commodity Trading or Market Risk is highly regarded.
