What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the core software platforms, analysing and troubleshooting any issues and automating the manual processes. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to investigate issues, implement solutions and drive improvements in reliability and performance of software systems in the organization.

    What you offer

    • 4 to 9 years of industry experience working as Site Reliability Engineer with good exposure to production support and incident management;
    • Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, etc., and log monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic, and Splunk;
    • Good programming skills in any high-level programming languages like Java, python or golang; and
    • Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS GCP is highly desirable.
    • Amenable to follow a hybrid work setup with standard schedule of 6:30am - 3:30pm IST with 1 week mandatory night shift (work-from-home setup) - either from 3pm - 12am or 10pm - 7am IST in every 1.5 - 2 months as per requirement.
