What role will you play?

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and leading a team Business Development Managers. You will work to generate growth through the delivery of superior service and insights to the IFA/Dealer market. Crucial to this is your ability to take the time to fully understand advisors business needs and tailor unique and value driven solutions. 

As a leader you will support and develop your team to be high performing and drive results.

• Knowledge / interest in the advisor market, ideally within Financial Services
• Strong sales and leadership skills 
• Ability to establish strong relationships and networks
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Outcome focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A local network of Financial Advisers will be highly regarded
