What role will you play?

As a Salesforce Principal Engineer, your role will be a blend of a technical architect, solution designer and a hands-on engineering practitioner. Our Principal Engineers own the design, development, testing, deployment, and operations of our technology solutions. As well as technology ownership, you will also be involved in the hiring and technical development of the engineers on the team and writing code for multiple services, creating and reviewing designs.

You will identify and simplify complex services and processes and explore new technology and vendor capabilities that greatly benefit the team and clients. You will lead the design and implementation of engineering initiatives across multiple teams and/or platforms and hire and mentor the engineers in your teams.

What you offer

  • Excellent technical experience in leveraging the Salesforce platform to architect and deliver end-to-end integrated solutions for Sales and/or Service experience use-cases
  • Strong experience in event-driven architectures using modern integration patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at leading and building complex engineering initiatives
  • Product company experience with an understanding of how to build great products in an Agile environment
  • Solid understanding of how to build scalable, maintainable and performant applications on salesforce
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organisation including non-technology business stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Certified Develop or Architect highly preferred
  • Experience in Data Cloud and AI highly desirable.
