Our Omnichannel Enablers team is dedicated to supporting the delivery of digital solutions within our MarTech platforms, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As we aim to be the number one digital bank, we are looking for individuals who can drive and shape our business.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, you will ensure the development team delivers high-quality outcomes that meet business needs. You will gather detailed requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria. You will also facilitate meetings, act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, and support backlog management and prioritisation.

What you offer

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with AEM or other content management systems.
  • Proven ability to develop and document business needs into user stories and technical requirements.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver digital solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in agile project management methodologies, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Risk awareness, particularly in a highly regulated industry.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
