We have an exciting opportunity to join our Counterparty Risk team as an experienced Java Developer to support in the delivery of various applications for our risk technology functions.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions. You will follow industry best practices across all phases of the development lifecycle in an Agile environment, addressing complex technical challenges with innovative approaches. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, contribute to code reviews and design discussions, and proactively resolve risks to ensure project success.

What you offer

• 9–12 years of strong experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, preferably AWS, and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of Java multithreading concepts and their practical implementations
• Scripting experience using Bash and Python for automation and operational tasks
