What role will you play?

You will provide a variety of support including diary management, event coordination, marketing administration, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, invoice payments, meeting arrangements, and any other general administrative duties as required. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be key in the day-to-day running of the Hong Kong Equities front office team by facilitating client interactions and events, coordinating with internal stakeholders and assisting with the overall smooth running of the office.

What you offer

  • 4+ years’ experience providing executive assistant support within the financial or professional services industry supporting senior-level executives
  • Extensive experience in inbox management, including filing of emails, arranging paperwork and meeting documents
  • Ability to adopt a proactive approach and understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confident and outgoing nature to seamlessly interact with the global executive assistants’ team, stakeholders and senior executives
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Concur and Zoom.
