As part of the Engineering team within our Core Personnel Technology division, you will support the delivery of strategic, engineering-led projects. Your main project will revolutionise the way our company operates by significantly enhancing developer velocity and reducing engineering inefficiencies. Our innovative engineering platforms are at the heart of this programme of work, promising substantial velocity, efficiency, and developer experience improvements across the board.

What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and manage small to mid-size projects while supporting larger, complex programs. You will collaborate with various teams to achieve project objectives and bridge the gap between technical teams to deliver requirements effectively. Your responsibilities will include delivering customer outcomes by working with strong, delivery-focused project resources and supporting operational business and IT functions that impact team members and providers at the market level.

What you offer

• 10+ years in IT and 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager on various-sized projects, including large-scale transformation programs.
• Proficient in Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies using JIRA and Confluence
• Experience working with vendors and third-party service providers, developing stakeholder communication plans, and ensuring engagement at all levels
• Experience leading end-to-end project planning, analysis, change impact analysis, and execution, aligned with Macquarie’s Risk framework.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, manage project dependencies, and build high-performing teams to deliver project outcomes
• Good communication, and facilitation skills to maintain excellent working relationships and effectively manage stakeholder relationships and project risks.
