Join our Real Estate Strategy team, which is responsible for the development and implementation of real estate strategies for our office locations across Asia. Our team aligns these strategies with our global objectives while considering local factors and drivers. We work closely with corporate teams, client-facing professionals and senior management to understand requirements and execute initiatives effectively.

What role will you play?

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing real estate strategies including providing expertise, advice and leadership on strategy, transaction and fit-out aspects of the real estate life cycle. You will manage everything from active portfolio management through to transaction management, workplace strategy and design, vendor selection, and implementation.

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including external service providers, you will develop solutions that align with our global strategy while accounting for local factors. You will also support local business unit leadership and the Global Real Estates partners to ensure our assets meet the business's operational requirements.

What you offer

• Experience in a professional services environment with direct real estate fit-out and transactional expertise
• Proven experience in leading the development and implementation of real estate strategies across Asia
• Strong international leasing contract negotiation skills, along with excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all tenures, including senior leadership, and able to adapt swiftly to changes.
