Join Macquarie in this exciting opportunity as a client-facing Payroll Associate in our Manila office on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll and various related services to our employees across the Asia Pacific Region.

What role will you play?

Using your payroll expertise, you will provide accurate and timely monthly payroll processing services as well as resolve employee queries and establish working relationships with key HR stakeholders.

What you offer

  • 1-5 years of in-house payroll experience or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines
  • Experience with HR, SAP and/or PeopleSoft is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
  • A focus on continuous process improvement with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team across multiple locations.
