Our Consumer Deposits team is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and driving the product agenda for our transaction, savings, and business savings accounts. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that thrives on variety, challenge, and impact.

What role will you play?

As a member of the Consumer Deposits team, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our products and delivering enhancements. You will collaborate with our digital, delivery, data, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards. Additionally, you will leverage data and market insights to inform pricing decisions, assess margin impacts, and support interest rate change implementation. Your work will involve partnering with Legal and Risk to maintain robust control frameworks and managing incidents to ensure timely resolution and implementation of strong controls.

  • Passion for customer experience and delivering products that customers love
  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a Business or Finance-related discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, output-focused environment with strong attention to detail
  • High degree of initiative and self-motivation as part of a small team
