What role will you play?

You will be involved in articulating business requirements and conducting impact analysis. Working closely with peers from across People and Culture and Technology, you will identify the impacted stakeholders, propose solutions and present your findings.

What you offer

  • 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Capability with data literacy, building business requirements, and testing approaches and execution
  • Familiar with agile methodology and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills with an outcome focused approach and strong attention to detail
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
