In this role, you will provide support to work streams in the capability development of the organization by creating, developing, and delivering scalable learning programs and infrastructure that align with our talent priorities and stakeholder needs.

What you offer

  • Solid experience in solution design to address business challenges and create comprehensive blended learning programs with measurable ROV (return on value).
  • Proven ability to deliver timely learning solutions for enterprise-wide functional, transformation, leadership, and behavioural skilling programs across various locations.
  • Expertise in developing content/storyboards and scripts, including objectives, outlines, course design documents, storyboards, and assessments, integrating text, voice, sound, and graphics.
  • Proficient in writing content for classroom trainings, webinars, user guides, job aids, and instructor guides.
  • Thorough understanding of instructional design theories and practices, with proficiency in Articulate Storyline & Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe InDesign, and other related training technologies.
