Our dynamic Client Service Wealth team are the friendly and knowledgeable connection between our clients and Financial Advisors, handling communications predominantly through our interactive live chat platform and phone calls.

What role will you play?

As a Client Service Consultant within our wealth division, you will be responsible for working alongside and communicating with Financial Advisors to assist with delivery of financial products and services. You will showcase your ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions on behalf of clients through live chat and outbound calls with Advisors. Additionally, you will identify and escalate issues to supervisors, including opportunities for enhancing our best practice guides, and direct queries to the appropriate support teams.

What you offer

  • Experience within financial services contact centre environment, including superannuation and wealth management
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven high level of accuracy and typing skills
  • Demonstratable critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve multifaceted client issues by providing advice on our products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be empathetic and resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being mindful of targets
