What role will you play?

As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in delivering key initiatives to build the business, deliver our regulatory obligations, and support efficiency through consolidation and improvement.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and technology to deliver complex and multi-faceted solutions, ensuring a high level of high-trust communication though high quality program artifacts and reporting, including identifying risks and issues and escalating where required. Being able to bridge the gap between business and technology is essential.

  • 5+ years of experience in a project manager role, preferably within financial services leading technical projects.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and work independently.
  • Strong risk management and control mindset.
  • Proven track record managing RAIDs, project budgets and benefit management.
  • A flexible, proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, lead and influence a project team of indirect reports.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including managing numerous priorities when working across a federated model.
  • Technology experience or previous technology background.
