What role will you play?

As a Cloud Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our roadmap aligns with the needs of the business, is communicated well, and managed effectively. You will play a crucial role in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, work planning, and technical guidance. You will assist in developing and executing quarterly planning activities and ensuring alignment with business goals through valuable insights from tenant feedback.
You will be responsible for driving the enablement, adoption, and optimisation of cloud services across the organisation. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that leverage cloud technologies to achieve business objectives.
You will lead tenant onboarding to our native compute platform, ensuring a seamless experience, and act as the primary contact for new cloud service requests. Additionally, you will champion our platform's benefits and capabilities through presentations and training sessions, driving awareness and adoption among stakeholders.
What you offer

- Proven experience in leading cloud delivery projects, preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- An understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their applications in business.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with setting metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of cloud services
- Experience of working collaboratively with Architecture, Engineering and Cloud Product House leaders to ensure the seamless integration of cloud services into cloud operations
- Experience with tenant onboarding processes and procedures is valuable
