What role will you play?

As a Cloud Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our roadmap aligns with the needs of the business, is communicated well, and managed effectively. You will play a crucial role in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, work planning, and technical guidance. You will assist in developing and executing quarterly planning activities and ensuring alignment with business goals through valuable insights from tenant feedback.

You will lead tenant onboarding to our native compute platform, ensuring a seamless experience, and act as the primary contact for new cloud service requests. Additionally, you will champion our platform's benefits and capabilities through presentations and training sessions, driving awareness and adoption among stakeholders.

What you offer

  • Proven experience in an engineering management or hands-on engineering role, ideally within a technology or cloud services environment
  • Proficiency in coding, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies
  • Experience with tenant onboarding processes and procedures is valuable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
