The Personal Banking division distributes banking products, including home loans, credit cards and deposit products through a network of brokers and a growing direct channel. As a result of significant growth in Personal Banking, we are searching for a Transformation Consultant to join the team.

What role will you play?

The Transformation team is responsible for identifying and driving business transformation initiatives within Personal Banking. Working in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, we design and implement solutions that drive business performance, customer experience and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with conducting analysis to fully understand business issues and opportunities and contribute to the generation of insights and solutions that can be delivered in an Agile manner

• Prepare materials for workshops to ensure structure and content is effective

• Contribute to designing solutions that solve business and strategic problems that are aligned to the Personal Banking strategy
