The Stakeholder Engagement Team in the Commodities and Global Markets Group is responsible for internal and external communication and engagement activities to support the achievement of the Group’s strategic objectives.

This includes internal communication and events to drive staff engagement; client-facing communication and events to support business development and reputation-building; and support for senior leaders when engaging with the Board, investors and regulators.

What role will you play?

You will provide traditional administrative support to the Head of Stakeholder Engagement and the Head of Development and Strategy teams, such as managing calendars, booking travel, processing expenses, and scheduling team meetings.

Your role will also track the progress of team deliverables, maintain workflow tools, follow up on tasks, and provide status updates to stakeholders, as well as the coordination of events and logistics, such as staff town halls and regional calls.

You will also be responsible for communication support, including drafting, reviewing, and editing communications.

There is opportunity to drive short-term projects, such as overhauling the team SharePoint site, team folders and Macnet pages as well as managing Viva Engage and digital screens.

  • Proactive collaboration, ability to spot opportunities to improve processes and solve problems
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and time management
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support, including calendar management, travel booking, expense processing, and scheduling meetings
  • Prior experience coordinating events and managing logistics or experience in drafting, reviewing, and editing communications is valuable.
