Join our Central Controls team in Manila, which is part of the wider Non-Financial Risk team, where you will deliver an exciting and transformative program of work within the Commodities and Global Markets business.

What role will you play?

You will partner with the business operational risk management, technology, and business teams to implement solutions and strategic initiatives for the Commodities and Global Markets business, using various data platforms and tools to foster strong risk culture and supervision. As a hands-on problem solver with a strategic mindset, you will be responsible for operational excellence across business-critical controls by managing delivery on an individual or team basis. Leveraging your strong experience working with large and complex enterprise data, you will create advanced dashboards and develop and roll out Control Performance Indicators, Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators.

What you offer

  • Degree and/or Masters qualification in a quantitative subject would be an advantage
  • 3 years of relevant controls or operations experience in a financial institution or similar organisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Background in non-financial risk controls and reporting, including creating dashboards and visualisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define efficient solutions based on input from stakeholders and map technical needs to business outcomes
  • Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Dataiku, Alteryx or Python with knowledge in data modelling methodologies would be an advantage.
