What role will you play?

As an Associate in our team, you will be given high levels of responsibility and ownership and will primarily be working on transactions that involve deploying third party capital as an equity investor in pre-eminent Green Energy & Renewables infrastructure transactions in the Americas. You will assist and lead key diligence processes in relation to our principal investments in green energy, as well as running financial analysis and financial models, and supporting in the management of our development platforms. Additionally, you will design and lead production of presentations, information memoranda and other analysis for internal and external audiences.

Salary range for this position: $165,000 - $185,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

• 2-4 years of relevant experience investing in renewable energy or infrastructure projects, experience as a M&A execution banker or experience working for a relevant industry player
• Experience building financial models and ability to independently manage and oversee calculations including the incorporation of key due diligence findings.
