What role will you play?

You will primarily support the Real Asset team in the Paris office . You will play an essential role in keeping the team organised and operating effectively. You will be working with a group of dynamic and enthusiastic professionals, whose work is consistently recognised as industry-leading. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile events and functions, both internally and externally. This could range from conferences to team-building events. You will also provide on-site support to ensure all events run smoothly and help ensure Macquarie is represented to the highest standard.

What you offer

You will bring to the team at least 5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role within an international organisation. Experience in the Finance industry will be highly regarded. You should be confident working with senior-level colleagues across different offices and have exceptional communication skills. You will also have:

  • Excellent Solid skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
  • Excellent time management skills and organisational skills will be essential for this role.
  • You will have a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy solving problems and being a team player
