Working collaboratively with subject matter experts within People Experience and key stakeholders, you will track the progress and implementation of optimisation initiatives to deliver a future-proof, “Digital First” solution. You will also support the implementation of change initiatives to ensure team buy-in and successful adoption, providing training and testing support for continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development and maintenance of workforce planning models such as capacity, demand and utilisation.

Additionally, you will assist in managing workload distribution across teams, supporting workload balancing discussions with team leads, and flagging any resourcing gaps.
