Our Global Reward Advisory team support our operating groups with the delivery of reward advice and projects, including the annual remuneration review process.

What role will you play?

As Reward Analyst, you will support the Reward Advisory Leads in delivering a comprehensive range of reward programs, including key annual initiatives You will contribute to process improvement projects that drive alignment with both the Reward strategy and broader business objectives.

This role will see you leverage advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and provide data-informed recommendations to People & Culture and business stakeholders.

What you offer

  • 4+ years’ experience in remuneration and reward practices, with exposure to global frameworks being highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and data skills, including proficiency in visualisation platforms and advanced MS Excel capabilities, particularly within reward/remuneration contexts.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently influence, challenge, and engage diverse audiences.
  • Innovative problem solver with a keen ability to translate business requirements into practical, effective solutions.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly collaborative, thriving in a global team environment.
