As the Head of Technology Control Assurance, you will lead a dynamic team focused on driving innovation and scaling assurance activities across Technology. By leveraging advanced approaches such as AI and data analytics, and collaborating with other functions, you will develop creative and effective assurance solutions. This role challenges conventional assurance methods, requiring you to think strategically and deliver a Technology Assurance plan that is both efficient and impactful.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions, align on control issues, and drive the implementation of remediation actions. Partnering with subject matter experts across the organisation, you will scale assurance activities and embed control improvements within the broader technology landscape. As a leader, you will inspire and guide your team to achieve high-quality outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Deep expertise in technology risk, control frameworks, and assurance methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading assurance, audit, or risk management teams within a Technology environment.

  • Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and align on complex control issues and mitigation strategies.
