What role will you play?

Digital Infrastructure is part of our Infrastructure & Energy advisory group and covers the Americas markets and you will play a critical client-facing role to drive our advisory practice in the sector. You will support our corporate and sponsor clients on buyside and sell side situations, as well as capital raising and debt advisory assignments. You will use your expertise in developing operating models, performing valuation analyses, developing client presentations, and leading the day-to-day of transaction execution. You will also assist in following key sector trends and general current events to inform client discussions.

Salary range for this position: $175,000-$225,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in M&A deal execution and client coverage support in the data center, consumer broadband, enterprise fiber, and wireless infrastructure verticals (this experience is a must)
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or Law
• Experience building and/or reviewing financial models, creating valuation analyses, and developing impactful client presentations
• Knowledge of and close past involvement in all stages of transaction execution for relevant transactions, including origination, preparation, and diligence in relevant M&A transactions
