Our Early Careers Team in EMEA is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging with future talent to support the growth of Macquarie. We partner closely with our businesses to deliver innovative and inclusive strategies for junior talent acquisition, development, and engagement. By fostering relationships with universities and industry partners, we ensure that we build a diverse pipeline of future professionals who contribute to our organisational success.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What role will you play?

As an Early Careers Recruitment Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across Macquarie Asset Management and Risk Management Group to shape and deliver early careers strategies in EMEA. You will manage all aspects of junior talent acquisition, engagement, programme management, and diversity initiatives for your business coverage areas. Your role will include managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, organising and presenting at campus and industry events, contributing to attraction and marketing strategies, and designing and facilitating early talent development programmes. You will play a key role in embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives into our early careers landscape.

  • Experience in early careers recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring and engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a problem-solving mindset to explore new approaches to attracting and hiring talent
  • Experience in organising and presenting at campus and industry events to promote employer branding
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
