Our Deposits and Payments product team is responsible for the operational excellence and product agenda of our Business Banking Deposit Accounts. You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes, helping us deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.

What role will you play?

As a part of the Deposits and Payments product team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Business Banking Deposit Accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product feature changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk standards. Leveraging data and market insights, you will inform pricing strategies, assess margin impacts, and manage interest rate changes. Additionally, you will lead change initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering impactful outcomes in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

What you offer

  • 3+ years of experience in the Banking industry, with Business Banking experience highly regarded.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, or other product management tools (highly desirable).
