Join our Prudential Risk team and work with subject matter experts on group wide remediation and transformation initiatives.

This is a 12-month contract position.

What role will you play?

As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in delivering key initiatives, designed to uplift Non-Financial Risk processes, deliver our regulatory obligations, and support efficiency through consolidation and improvement. You will be instrumental in driving the delivery of projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, developing and maintaining key project artefacts, reporting, and communication plans, including identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies and escalating where required. Additionally, you will manage cross-group relationships, including at the senior level.

What you offer

  • 3+ years of demonstrated project management experience within institutional banking or financial services industry
  • Ability to coordinate and manage a number of workstreams concurrently and work independently with a strong risk management and control mindset
  • An experienced hand at building strong relationships, communicating clearly (both written and verbal) and offering effective and pragmatic solutions to a variety of project delivery challenges
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders, take initiative and lead projects to completion
  • Attention to detail and precision delivered through high quality program artefacts and reporting
  • Proven track record managing RAIDs, project budgets, and benefit management
