What role will you play?

The role involves a comprehensive range of responsibilities spanning pre-deal compliance, asset and portfolio management, value creation, divestment readiness, and business operations. Pre-deal compliance tasks include facilitating vendor onboarding, conducting Know Your Counterparty (KYC) processes, clearing conflicts, coordinating non-disclosure agreements, maintaining insider lists, setting up contracts, and managing reporting and data. Additionally, the role ensures the timely completion of deal approvals and execution workflows, such as gathering inputs for approval forms, and coordinating actions with stakeholders. Post-deal responsibilities include preparing deal announcements, press releases, and internal communications in collaboration with the Corporate Affairs team. The role also supports end-to-end asset entity setup and dissolution processes, including company incorporations, legal entity changes, bank account management, contract handling, insurance, and nominee director appointments or resignations. In asset and portfolio management, the role provides ongoing support for quarterly performance reviews, financial and tax reporting, audits, funding, invoicing, and investment monitoring. It also involves maintaining deal-related data in Salesforce and other internal systems. On the value creation and divestment readiness front, the role may involve hands-on support for initiatives during the investment hold period or preparing assets for divestment to facilitate capital recycling.

• have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to bring together support from multiples teams, stakeholders and senior leaders to align and achieve common deal and asset objectives
• be able to demonstrate strong planning and prioritization skills, with an ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, keeping visibility on urgency/importance and re-adjusting prioritization as needed
• have a bias for action and strong problem solving & execution skills to find solutions to complex challenges
• be able to drive progress autonomously, whilst developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment with highly commercial, talented individuals with high-bar expectations and have the ability to work well autonomously and under time pressure while managing a high workload, conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively
• be resourceful and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team, both proactively and ensuring you react to business needs and consistently have the ability to prioritise the workload
• be a positive and approachable individual with the willingness to go beyond the scope of the usual job description to deliver positive outcomes for the business
• have advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce as a Transaction Management tool is a plus
