Join our Business Management team to be an integral part of shaping the direction of the broader Client Service and Support division and ensure its effective management. Collaborating with peers, you will help drive business improvement through data insights and strong lines of communication.

What role will you play?

Your role will have significant breadth, with responsibilities ranging from overseeing reporting and insights for our executive team, monitoring and analysing key performance indicators, coordinating team strategy days and townhalls, and optimising business governance. You will have the opportunity to lead and participate in a variety of projects with a wide range of stakeholders to drive change and ensure our business runs efficiently and effectively.

  • Strong communication skills that allow you to inspire change by translating insights to stakeholders in an engaging, easily consumable way
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, allowing you to manage competing priorities to maintain our agility
  • Proficient in drawing insights, reporting and data analysis, with exposure to PowerPoint and Excel. SQL is valuable
  • High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen, with experience in financial and business analysis
  • Excel when working both independently and collaboratively, balancing a strong bias to action with a strategic mindset.
