What role will you play?

You will assist executives by scheduling internal and external meetings, which includes coordinating calendars, booking appropriate rooms, and arranging catering to ensure smooth and efficient sessions. Additionally, you will process the team’s monthly Amex and personal expense claims through Concur, requiring meticulous attention to deadlines and accuracy. Managing purchase orders and invoices via Coupa will involve liaising with suppliers to ensure timely follow-ups and payments.
You will also support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new joiners and leavers transition seamlessly. Arranging travel, accommodation, and visas as needed will facilitate their movements effectively. Maintaining an up-to-date client contact database is crucial for fostering effective communication.
Furthermore, you will provide general administrative support, including office management and the organisation of team events, contributing to a well-structured and productive work environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
