What role will you play?

As a Test Automation Engineer in our Data Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our automation framework and ensuring repeatable and scalable test automation across our data platform. You will design and execute automated test cases to ensure data accuracy and integrity and build Python and SQL scripts to assist in test execution and enhance efficiency. Collaborating with the data platform team, you will build orchestration pipelines for end-to-end test automation and work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the capability to write scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of data systems
  • In-depth understanding of data processing, storage, and retrieval
  • Familiarity with AWS, particularly cloud storage (S3) and data warehousing (Redshift)
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
  • Experience in integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid foundation in working within Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Deep interest in leveraging AI to enhance processes and drive test automation efficiencies.
