Join our Enterprise division in Macquarie Asset Management and support our fund service and administration team who are responsible for the daily operations of investment functions including the management of investment schemes and separately managed client activities (mandates).

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for the oversight of unit pricing daily, monthly and quarterly, including ETF’s, review of fund distributions and mandate performance. In addition, you will coordinate new fund and client on-boarding, management of fund terminations, liaise with central product and front office teams, which will include portfolio managers, risk and compliance, relationship management with third party custodians, and management of three junior staff members. 

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ experience in fund accounting, fund service or fund administration
  • Good understanding of unit pricing, performance and tax distributions.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of domestic and international fixed income and equities including ETFs.
  • Experience managing direct reports (small team) (preferred)
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
