Join our Equity Derivatives and Trading Operations team and help deliver trade support services to our Commodities and Global Markets Group.

What role will you play?

In this vital role, you will provide trade support services including supporting the ISDA confirmation and documentation process for OTC Equity Derivatives, Listed Warrants, Securities Borrowing & Lending and Repo transactions, which involves drafting and reviewing confirmations. In collaboration with legal and business teams, you will facilitate business growth and counterparty onboarding by managing confirmation template and MCA negotiations.

Additionally, you will ensure the timely escalation of confirmation disputes to internal stakeholders and oversee exception management while mentoring the newly established documentation team in India. You will also perform manual regulatory trade reporting for equity derivative transactions when required.

What you offer

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a documentation or market operations role in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Equity Derivatives product and ISDA confirmation will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams
  • Proficient in using basic MS Office software such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of robotic tools will be an advantage.
