What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead a team of change readiness managers and co-ordinators to prepare, manage and support changes in line with the agreed change framework. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans across a range of small, medium, and large initiatives.

- Demonstrated people leadership and change management experience within a retail banking environment
- Strong experience engaging and communicating with leadership to create awareness and promote buy-in for change as part of agreed communication plans
- Ability to monitor and measure the success of change initiatives throughout implementation and as part of post implementation review
- Experience identifying areas for improvement to continually improve the client and user experience throughout change
- Exceptional stakeholder influencing skills to bring colleagues on the journey as our business continues to change and evolve.
