You will manage the relationship with clients and suppliers to ensure ongoing renewal and growth of profitable business by providing a high level of service and organisational support to the account management team. As the point of contact for clients, your responsibilities will include preparing and ensuring documentation and system requirements are accurate as part of the new deals and drawdown process.

In addition, you will be the clients’ contact for day-to-day activities and provide timely and accurate advice to senior management on key facility events and processes, while ensuring to improve work practice and processes.
